Almaval is a mental health care center. We are looking for a Psychologist psychotherapist FSP. Job Responsibilities: - Handling various acute psychological disorders and therapeutic support according to individual needs.- Updating clinical and health safety procedures in line with processes and requirements.- Depending on the seniority of the profile: possibility of responsibility in team leadership or skill areas, management, or development projects.- Possibility of conducting assessments, evaluations, and/or therapeutic groups if desired.Profile Required: - Psychologist psychotherapist FSP with authorization to practice in the cantons of Vaud or Geneva, and to charge the AOS.- Excellent social skills and team spirit for multidisciplinary work, proactive approach in taking initiatives for project development according to ambitions and skills.- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
