Almaval is a mental health care center. To strengthen our team and participate in the development of care for children, adults, and the elderly, we are looking for a Psychologist psychotherapist FSP. Job missions: - Caring for individuals with various acute mental disorders and providing psychotherapeutic support according to the needs of the clinic and updating the clinical and psychosocial practices within the frameworks of processes and requirements and/or at conferences. - Depending on the seniority of the profile: possibility of responsibility within the team or competency poles, management or development project involvement. - Possibility to conduct expert assessments, evaluations, and/or therapeutic groups if desired.Profile sought: - Psychologist psychotherapist FSP - Right to bill under the responsibility of the health insurance in the canton of Vaud. - Excellent social skills and team spirit for multidisciplinary work, proactive approach to care, and eagerness to develop projects according to ambitions and competences. - Excellent mastery of French, spoken and written.
