Almaval is a mental health care center. Our teams consist of professionals with diverse profiles, convinced that professionalism, collective work, skill sharing, and passion can support the implementation of therapies truly tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Almaval aims to offer an environment where everyone can find the resources to develop individually and work towards their well-being. We are working on new projects regarding care for adults and the elderly in the Léman region, at our sites in Morges, Crissier, Vevey, Lausanne, or Geneva. We are looking for a psychotherapist FMH X variable (at least 50% desired) within a center that offers infrastructure and equipment. Job description: managing the care of acute mental health disorders and responsibility as a medical manager in team management, team supervision, and professional and judicial projects, with the possibility of conducting assessments if desired.Profile required: - Physician with FMH psychotherapist specialist title (titles recognized by MEBEKO are also accepted)- Physician with rights to practice in the canton of Vaud and/or Geneva (or at least 3 years of experience within a Swiss ISFM center)- Physician with the right to bill to the health insurance - Excellent conduct of psychotherapeutic interviews - Openness for the development of projects according to ambitions and skills - Excellent command of French, spoken and written.
