Our subsidiaries complete this offer through their real estate appraisal, construction, and project monitoring services.Join a welcoming, human, and dynamic team today!For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:Property Manager - 100%Your missions:In a dynamic team composed of seven people, you will ensure the technical and financial management of a predominantly commercial real estate portfolio.- Assume tasks related to administration, including the establishment of lease agreements, amendments, and the processing of entries related to preliminary, move-in, and move-out inspections;- Coordinate and supervise building maintenance and renovation work;- Manage claims and maintenance requests;- Validate the allocation of costs related to current management;- Respect and apply owner directives as well as imposed deadlines;- Establish a budget and ensure its monitoring.Profile of the person sought:- You possess a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee and have completed additional training in the real estate field (Immobail/Immotechnique);- You benefit from several years of professional experience as a property manager;- You appreciate the diversity of activities that leads you to handle questions related to both building technology and lease law;- You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate very good priority management;- You have a very good sense of client contact and a sense of service;- You have an excellent command of French, both oral and written;- You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and mastery of the Quorum software is a plus;- You hold a valid driver's license.We offer:- A modern and pleasant work environment;- Employment conditions and social benefits of a stable position;- Activity rate: 100%- Start date: September 1stInterested in joining us?
