Today, we wish to complete our teams in La Tour-de-Peilz and are looking for our future Property Manager.Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to the management of a real estate portfolio, entrusted by institutional clients and located in the La Tour-de-Peilz region:- Relationship management with owners, tenants, and craftsmen/contractors- Coordination of administrative and technical management activities with an assistant- Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies, and rental income- Technical monitoring of buildings, monitoring of maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and validation of work, control and monitoring of invoices and charges- Organization of site visits and the exit process- Control of the accuracy of financial statements for owners (management/heating statements)- Management of complex files and representation of owners before authorities- Supervision of apprenticesYour profile:- Experience in a similar position in Switzerland- Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology- Rigor and commercial sense, comfortable in negotiations and contacts- Open, dynamic, and positive personality- Interest in administrative work as well as building technology- Mastery of common office tools- Good spelling and writing skills- Driver's license / private vehicleStart date: August 17 or by arrangement jiddae055baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
