Description

We are looking for an additional team member for a medium-sized fiduciary and real estate company in Lucerne.

Your Tasks

  • Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
  • Tenant support and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Preparation of rental contracts and handling of rental contract terminations
  • Organisation and conduct of property viewings, inspections and handovers
  • Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
  • Preparation of service charge statements and budget planning
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners

Our Requirements

  • Commercial basic training desirable
  • Further training in property management advantageous
  • Professional experience in property management essential
  • Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with property management software
  • Driving licence category B
