Description
We are looking for an additional team member for a medium-sized fiduciary and real estate company in Lucerne.
Your Tasks
- Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
- Tenant support and maintenance of customer relationships
- Preparation of rental contracts and handling of rental contract terminations
- Organisation and conduct of property viewings, inspections and handovers
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
- Preparation of service charge statements and budget planning
- Collaboration with internal and external partners
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training desirable
- Further training in property management advantageous
- Professional experience in property management essential
- Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with property management software
- Driving licence category B
