On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Property Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will take charge, independently, of managing a portfolio of commercial properties and a few residential buildings or become the main contact with which you will establish solid professional relationships: drafting and monitoring leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations. You will manage all activities related to management: service charge statements and monitoring financial data. You will closely collaborate with internal teams (projects, technical, accounting) to ensure the coherence and performance of the portfolio. Depending on the case, you will act either as a landlord or a tenant, ensuring legal compliance and reliability. You will contribute to the development of the portfolio: active research and monitoring of market trends. Profile: You have solid experience (5 to 10 years) in managing commercial assets, ideally in the real estate sector. You hold a federal diploma (a strong advantage) and are proficient in commercial lease law as well as digital management tools (SAP RE-FX or equivalent). You communicate easily in French (C1-C2 level) and have good skills in German (B1); knowledge of English is a plus. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent prioritization skills.
