To support our growth and accompany our success in business development, we are looking for a project manager in the Project Management Office department, where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating industrial machine projects. To do this, you will collaborate closely and transversally internally with the various trades in the technical departments (mechanics, software, and electrical) as well as with production. These various exchanges will help ensure compliance with customer requirements by following the different stages from design to assembly and finally to commissioning. Main responsibilities: Monitor and drive projects from start to closure, implement a detailed plan based on predefined milestones, manage scopes, deadlines, costs, and actions between the different internal stakeholders, and conduct project team meetings and reviews with feedback. Your profile: Engineering degree from HES or EPF in mechanics, microtechnology, electronics, or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial project manager. Proficiency in spoken and written French, as well as good knowledge of English and/or German. A rigorous, flexible, and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client-oriented mindset.
