Your mission As Deputy Head of Service, you will be responsible for managing construction and municipal building projects by ensuring technical and financial follow-up of the main activities: - Oversee construction works of municipal buildings - Provide technical support to external project architects, engineers, and urban planners, as well as to infrastructure projects. - Create, draft, and maintain building technical documentation, particularly the plans. - Develop and manage calls for tenders in accordance with public procurement laws. - Participate in construction meetings and ensure technical and financial follow-up of the work, keeping the technical documentation, especially the CAD plans, updated. - Contribute to budget interventions, incorporating principles of sustainable development and energy measures into all your actions. - Participate in cross-functional tasks with municipal services. - Engage in various projects in collaboration with the Department of Works and Industrial Services.
