To manage the project management of a Director of Works 100% – Off-site / Secondary Work. To manage the project management of a large industrial project in Bulle, Brodbeck Roulet and Deillon Delley created Mexem, X dedicated to execution and site management, in close collaboration with technical partners. This approach is based on clarity, a strong quality requirement, and a field-oriented team spirit. As part of this major project — and the scaling up of our activities — we are looking to complete our teams with new talents to support the project over time. We are recruiting: Director of Works 100% – Off-site / Secondary Work. Your role (field management): take charge of an interior layout / secondary works scope, with clear responsibility for the companies including technical companies and proper execution in respect of quality - deadlines - costs. Important: the project is substantial, but you are supported by a structured team: a technical project management team from the partner engineering office (methodological support & expertise), a dedicated CVSE project management team, and an internal project team. In short: you manage your scope without carrying the entire complexity alone. Missions: Pilot and guarantee the quality of off-site work execution within the deadlines and budget. Coordinate companies (contractors, subcontractors, suppliers) and secure interfaces with technical lots. Ensure technical and financial monitoring on your perimeter. Prepare, lead, and animate site meetings: follow-up on actions, arbitrations, technical session reports (in interface with the CVSE Project Management and engineers) and contribute to the definition of execution details and methodologies related to your scope of work, anticipate friction points, propose solutions, draft minutes and ensure clear documentary follow-up. Ensure compliance with current standards and respect the architectural concept. Organize receptions within your scope and support commissioning with technical teams. Supervise a team of site managers.Your profile: degree in architecture or equivalent field (or deemed equivalent experience). 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, including a minimum of 3 years in Switzerland, ideally on a project. Solid experience in secondary work / off-site: interior layout, envelope, facades, waterproofing, finishes, etc. Ability to coordinate, prioritize, stay on course and manage multi-actor interfaces calmly. Excellent communication: clear, constructive posture, love of teamwork. Perfect French. Proficiency in standard tools; experience with a collaborative tool like Dalux (ideally).Why join us?
