As a Project Manager, your role will consist of setting up and managing real estate projects in the Geneva region, both new and existing. Serving private and institutional clients, Pillet Développement SA ensures the development of real estate projects in Geneva and the canton of Vaud on behalf of the Pillet office. Particularly active in housing construction but increasingly addressing industrial and commercial matters, it deploys its expertise from the implementation of localized plans. Under the guidance of the company director and in order to support the continuous growth of activities, we are looking for a Project Manager - Real Estate Development (m/f) who will be particularly active starting from the SIA 31 phase.Responsibilities:As a Project Manager, your role will involve setting up and managing real estate projects in the Geneva region, both new and existing. In detail, your missions will include:- Responsibility for the setup and legal, contractual, financial, and technical follow-up until the delivery of the properties.- Monitoring processes and ensuring adherence to guidelines and objectives for the projects (management of the selection procedure and briefing for teams).- Participation in construction meetings and receiving properties as the Site Manager Representative.Advice and support during the design and implementation phases. Profile:- A university degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (such as HES, EPFL, or equivalent), ideally with additional training in the real estate sector (such as IEI, Federal Certificate of Developer, etc.).- A minimum of 5 years of initial experience in real estate project development in Switzerland, preferably in Geneva and/or in the canton of Vaud.
