You define with the project team the CFC and the corresponding initial sourcing. You ensure that the specialists in the technical management have effectively communicated the necessary assumptions to the project teams in order to prepare submissions according to SCS standards. You validate all submissions before sending them. You animate the network of bidders, analyze and ensure compliance of the offers. You formalize all feedback in a TCO compliant with SCSA. You update the tracking table, animate meetings between the specialists of the Technical Management and the project teams to analyze and capitalize on the discrepancies between the requirements and compliant offers. You jointly lead the project teams to co-define financial objectives and the means to achieve them. You monitor the schedule and report formal requests made by the project teams on the ERP. You ensure timely sending of thank-you letters to non-selected companies. Are you a graduate with a degree in engineering in the construction field? Do you have confirmed experience in project management and/or in conducting works in the construction field? Do you possess solid skills and are you recognized for your ability to establish relationships with partners and internal stakeholders?
