Execution ArchitectJOB DESCRIPTION You play a key role in project execution. As a true interface between design and the construction site, you ensure the precise translation of architectural intentions into detailed execution plans and reliable technical solutions. You work closely with internal teams, engineering offices, and contractors to guarantee quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with regulations.REQUIREMENTS - Degree in architecture or equivalent (EPFL, HMONP, MPQ, Master..), - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in execution, ideally in a general contractor or execution project management role, - Excellent mastery of Revit (essential for the position), - Solid knowledge of construction laws and standards (SIA, DTU, accessibility, fire safety…), - Good ability to work as part of a team and interact with different trades, - Organized and rigorous, you have solid experience in building and execution file management, - Autonomy and sense of responsibility.MISSIONS - Develop and update execution plans and technical details using Revit, - Ensure technical accuracy with project managers and partner companies, - Participate in site meetings and monitor the progress of works, - Verify the conformity of completed works against plans and current standards, - Propose suitable technical solutions in case of changes or unforeseen events, - Ensure quality, adherence to deadlines (and budgets) on your projects, - Request building permits, - Lead meetings with buyers and the project owner.BENEFITS We offer you a motivating work environment: - 35 days of vacation per year - Continuous bonus - Efficient workspace - Want to give a new boost to your career?
