Engineer / Production Technician To complete our teams and develop our activity within the production department, we are recruiting: Engineer / Production Technician Main mission Within the production sector, and more specifically within our Chip On Board (COB) sector, you are the technical reference for the production processes used in this sector and their continuous development. A key player between development, production, and quality, you ensure robust, efficient, and reliable processes throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Coordinate the introduction of a new product into production and participate in product design reviews; Program equipment and qualify processes to ensure control from the launch; Define and optimize production parameters (DOE, tests, analyses); Install and commission new equipment with the sector; Adjust and maintain machine programs on serial products; Analyze malfunctions, propose solutions, and oversee their implementation; Create and update technical documentation: procedures, instructions, on maintenance and coordinate external interventions if necessary; Read and understand mechanical plans and schematics to diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns; Structure analyses and problem-solving logic; Provide your technical expertise during problem-solving approaches (QRQC, 8D, 5M…) and on processes, cost reduction, and quality and reliability of the lines; Contribute to the evolution of work methods and strengthen the culture profile You hold a degree in electronics / electrotechnics / production engineering / You have experience in a similar role ideally in the electronics industry (assembly of electronic components, micromechanical production, and machine-based) You are also familiar with maintenance management tools (preventive and tools derived from Lean) You are methodical and efficient: you quickly identify problems and find suitable solutions. Autonomous, you rapidly understand technical aspects and production processes. Customer-oriented and deadline-respected, you know how to organize priorities. Open-minded, you appreciate teamwork and demonstrate real listening skills and are comfortable in exchanges with both internal partners.
