For its Construction service and real estate division, it is currently seeking two profiles for the position of Portfolio Manager Architect (M/F). Your responsibilities As part of a team of about fifteen, you ensure the technical management and monitoring of a portfolio of approximately thirty buildings, with the main mission of maintaining and enhancing the real estate. In a management logic, your role consists of overseeing and supervising external partners to whom you delegate studies and the execution of works. You monitor the development and maintenance of the real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality, and internal procedures. You also assume the financial and contractual management of projects, including adherence to contracts and follow-up. In a context marked by strong ESG challenges, you actively contribute to the energy performance of buildings and collaborate transversally with other departments of the real estate division. Your profile You possess solid experience in the construction and management of buildings, ideally related to real estate management. Comfortable in a structured institutional environment, you demonstrate rigor, method, and a sense of responsibility. Equipped with strong analytical and synthesis skills, you know how to prioritize and articulate clear recommendations. Your ability to listen and your interpersonal skills allow you to establish relationships of trust and manage situations with discernment. Valuing teamwork, you actively contribute to team dynamics and the development of internal and external synergies.
