Founded in Lausanne, the Blind Asylum includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a university ophthalmology service, a research center, the Educational Center for Visually Impaired Students (CPHV), social services, and low vision support, and the medical-social establishment of 670 mobilizes every day for visual health to offer diagnosis, treatment, and support to individuals in their daily lives. To complete our team (h, 7/7 days), we are looking for a Pool Nurse.Your mission:Provide care and support to patients and their families, including in emergencies and promote interprofessional work, integrated and individualized care. Develop nursing care, ophthalmic care and contribute to the promotion of evidence-based practice. Enhance clinical and therapeutic care and develop the role of autonomy.Your profile:Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title (with recognition by the Red Cross). Professional experience in an acute care service, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Decision-making and analytical skills, good stress management. Sense of human relationships. Good knowledge of standard tools.
