On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Prototype Polymechanic.Your future responsibilities:- You will program and machine complex watchmaking components on a wide range of CNC machines, using processes such as milling and turning.- You will carry out dimensional control of the parts produced as well as associated tooling.- You will guarantee the delivery of components in strict compliance with quality requirements and deadlines.- You will document and capitalize on studies as well as measurements taken to ensure their traceability and durability.- You will optimize machining programs to improve cycle times and part quality.- You will participate in the development and testing of new watchmaking components.- You will ensure first-level maintenance of CNC machines and production tools.- You will collaborate closely with design and product development teams to validate prototypes.- You will propose technical improvements on machining processes and tools used.Your profile:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic or an equivalent qualification.- You have confirmed experience in machining various materials as well as in CAD/CAM for CNC machines.- You master different machining technologies, including laser cutting.- You have already worked on the machining of molds and tools intended for the production of watchmaking components, which constitutes a significant asset.- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and implementing complex machining solutions.- You demonstrate great precision in your work and a strong sense of detail, guaranteeing a high level of quality.- You are a versatile, autonomous person capable of evolving effectively within a team.- You demonstrate a strong capacity for adaptation, a taste for continuous learning as well as developed technical curiosity.- You are proactive in proposing improvements for processes and machining methods.- You are motivated to evolve in a high-precision, quality-oriented technical environment.Your conditions:- You join a structure offering quality conditions, team spirit and staff stability.
