Are you ready for this new experience? Then join us! As part of the development of the tram maintenance service, we are announcing the following position: Polymécanicien-ne/machiniste. Reporting to the Tram Maintenance manager, you will need to check the running surfaces of the tram fleet, carry out the turning of wheels and their adjustments and/or any related tasks. These must be done promptly to provide both internal and external clients with a quality service that meets their needs, in compliance with the rules, standards, and main responsibilities. • Depending on the established mileage schedule, ensure the grinding and turning of wheel bands according to current regulations or received guidelines and perform the measurement of band diameters and rubber thickness to report minimum wear limits and/or other anomalies, in order to return the vehicle to service as quickly as possible. • Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor work on the grinding machine and pit lathe to ensure it is always reliable and, as needed, track and manage the maintenance interventions on the bands using the electronic tracking tools provided. • Upon request, provide support in your area of expertise to Maintenance and Vehicles (emergencies on the network & transfers) within the mobility framework. Your profile • CFC of polymécanicien-ne or equivalent title, • 3 years of professional experience in mechanics, in a company in the automotive or industrial sector, • driver's license, forklift operator, and you are capable of obtaining a tramway license internally, • very good technical knowledge of railway vehicles, • very good knowledge in PC diagnostics, • very good ability to learn new tasks, curiosity, and ease.
