We are currently seeking a plasterer/painter foreman.Your tasks:- Establish accurate and competitive quotes, including measurements, quantities, work hours, and choice of materials.- Analyze plans and specifications to propose technical solutions tailored to client needs.- Ensure client relationships with private clients, architects, and general contractors, from the first contact to the completion of projects.- Plan, organize, and supervise plastering-painting works on construction sites, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.- Manage and coordinate a team of plasterers-painters, ensure the distribution of tasks and follow-up on progress.- Control the technical execution of works (rendering, partitions, false ceilings, paintings, finishes), in accordance with current Swiss standards (SIA).- Manage orders, assess site needs, and ensure stock monitoring.- Ensure communication with architects, project owners, partner companies, and other stakeholders.Profile:- CFC or confirmed experience of over 5 years in Switzerland- Federal certificate of competence / federal mastery- You are independent yet able to work in a team.- Motivated, conscientious person with a strong sense of leadership.If you are ready to take on the challenge and be part of a team that values employees, send us your CV indicating the position you are applying for.
