At DIXI Polytool, a recognized specialist in the production of high-precision cutting tools in various fields (watchmaking, medical, precision engineering, automotive...), we are opening a key position for a Scheduler (M/F/X). Scheduler (M/F/X) Main mission You will be responsible for defining, planning, optimizing, and controlling needs-resources between demand forecasts and production capacities. - Launch and monitor production orders according to technical data and information from Ortems. - Manage priorities on the shop floor. - Ensure the availability of components according to objectives. - Manage and follow up on issues with internal and external stakeholders. - Monitor production line malfunctions and implement corrective actions. - Confirm deadlines based on workload/capacity. - Participate in continuous improvement projects. Your profile: - Experience in production management or equivalent. - Experience in an industrial production environment (3-5 years minimum). - A person with very good analytical and listening skills. - Hands-on approach and production-oriented. - Knowledge and experience with the ORTEMS software. - Knowledge of Proconcept would be a plus.
