The "Safety in the Western Lausanne Area" Association was created with the aim of remaining a police force close to the population.
Since 1 January 2008, the 8 municipalities of the Western Lausanne District, namely Bussigny, Chavannes-près-Renens, Crissier, Ecublens, Prilly, Renens, St-Sulpice and Villars-Ste-Croix, have been working together to provide a community police service to citizens. To achieve this goal, the Western Lausanne Police works in close collaboration with numerous partners.
The Police Emergency Division is looking for a: Planner – Proofreader at 100%
Your main tasks:
- Plan the personnel resources of the Police Emergency Division according to directives and missions, using the TimeAs time management software;
- Proofread police reports to ensure their quality and compliance;
- Collaborate with Human Resources staff regarding schedule management and personnel follow-up;
- Handle the administrative processing of correspondence from various entities and external partners;
- Monitor items for the BPS, BA and NEDEX;
- Monitor drug seizure records;
- Monitor Graphite – Designer reports;
- Contribute to the quality of services provided by the Police Emergency Division.
Your profile:
- Federal police certificate with at least 8 years of service (training not included);
- Very good knowledge of police procedures and legislation;
- Excellent command of written French;
- Proficiency in professional IT tools, and TimeAs (planning software) is a great advantage;
- Analytical, synthesis, planning and organisational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Sense of responsibility, loyalty and public service ethics;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication;
- Self-control and good stress management;
- Assertiveness, discernment and ability to handle delicate situations;
- Adaptability and openness to change;
- Category B driving licence;
- Clean criminal record and debt enforcement office extract.
