Our client, a rapidly growing biotechnology company, is looking for a Supply Chain Warehouse Planner to strengthen its teams within its Supply Chain & Procurement located in the northern part of the mission canton. As a true conductor of internal flows, you play a key role in the smoothness and performance of operations, being at the heart of interactions between Supply Chain, Warehouse, and external partners (3PL), with the aim of ensuring continuity without bottlenecks. The role consists of anticipating, coordinating, and optimizing physical capacities and flows in a demanding and constantly changing environment.Supply Chain Warehouse Planner Responsibilities:- Manage the flows of incoming and outgoing volumes to ensure an optimal balance between storage capacity and human resources.- Smooth out flows to avoid congestion at the docks and receiving areas.- Supervise physical flows (receiving, storage, shipping) and proactively identify bottlenecks.- Handle daily logistical disruptions (transport delays, unforeseen events) with responsiveness.- Optimize Stock Transfer Orders (STO) by balancing service levels, capacity, and analytical needs.- Monitor Supply Chain/Warehouse performance.- Define, deploy, and track key KPIs (Dock-to-Stock, capacity, space usage, picking performance) to implement improvements in performance and continuity of operations.Your Profile:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning or logistics, ideally in a GMP pharma/biotech environment or other industries.- Strong mastery of ERP/MRP systems (SAP / EWM).- Cross-functional capabilities (Supply Chain, Warehouse, 3PL).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (managing peaks in activity, capacity constraints).- Resilient mindset, service-oriented, able to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. jid4dea277aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
