Your missions: Master current culinary techniques; Ensure the setup, cooking, and sending of dishes in your section; Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and food safety; Show passion, enthusiasm, and dynamism. Your profile: Confirmed experience as a chef de partie; Confirmed experience in a high-end establishment, such as a hotel, clinic, and for the well-being of residents; Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
