The rural insurance (FRP) is a common insurance institution that allows employers to fulfill their obligations under the Federal Law on Occupational Retirement Provision (LPP). It also allows self-employed individuals and family agricultural workers (CFA) to secure occupational insurance. The FRP caters to all employers and self-employed individuals in professions related to agriculture, viticulture, and more generally to land-related trades. To strengthen its team, we are looking for a: LPP Manager Details of the employment are indefinite, with a starting date to be agreed upon Work location: Lausanne Your activities and responsibilities You ensure the complete management of LPP files for active and retired insured individuals, from entry to processing events related to the lives of the insured: entries, exits, EPL, divorces, disabilities, deaths, and perform ongoing account monitoring and management. You collaborate with advisors who provide information to insured individuals and employers on all questions related to occupational insurance (financing, regulations, etc.). You ensure data quality and participate in the updating of procedures, contribute actively to the institution's projects, and collaborate proactively with other institutions within Promé profile. You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in LPP management, with a comprehensive view of activities and a keen interest in land-related professions. You hold a federal diploma as a specialist in insurance or social insurance, or are in the process of obtaining it. You master common tools. Knowledge of the MyProdis software would be an advantage. You have excellent knowledge of social insurance. You are fluent in French (oral and written) and have good knowledge of German (minimum B2).
