Payroll Specialist FR/ENGPayroll Specialist FR/ENGPayroll Specialist FR/ENGPayroll Specialist FR/ENGA well?established fiduciary firm X .MissionsFull Payroll Management : Managing the complete payroll process for large companies, including one with around 300 employees, covering:Stock options, RSU, LTIPBonuses and variable and management, various benefitsManagement of absences, APG, LAA, LPPManagement of Additional Smaller :Processing payroll for a portfolio of SMEs and diverse clients.Advising and supporting clients on Swiss HR and social security & Social Insurances:Handling employee entries and exits.Monitoring social insurances (AVS, LPP, LAA, IJM…).Managing Swissdec withholding tax, salary etc.Possibility to Take Over Accounting (Optional) :Managing simple or complex accounting in monthly/quarterly/annual in account reviews.Working on various fiduciary accounting to work effectively within the team and, in the future, potentially manage two team du 5 years of experience in managing complex Swiss payrolls.Experience in a Big 4 / Big 8 firm X a fiduciary is a strong asset.Proficiency with a recognized payroll software (Abacus).Comfortable working in both and SME knowledge of Swiss labor law, withholding tax, and social insurances.Bilingual French/English.Excellent skills, including with autonomyConditions et AvantagesFlexible working hoursFlexible working (%), excluding real opportunity to expand the role to include accounting dynamic and well?structured supportive and a growing environment. jid3e1490eafr jit0208afr jpiy26afr
