## Job Description ##



Payroll ownership & compliance (core focus)



* Oversee and coordinate the **end-to-end payroll process**, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Swiss regulations
* Act as the **key point of contact for payroll matters**, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers
* Monitor payroll data quality, perform controls, and resolve discrepancies proactively
* Ensure compliance with **Swiss employment law, social security, and tax requirements**
* Contribute to the enhancement, automation, and continuous improvement of payroll processes



HR operations & employee lifecycle



* Manage the **full employee lifecycle**, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
* Handle HR administration such as employment certificates, attestations, and work permits
* Support the coordination of **junior and temporary recruitment activities**
* Act as a **trusted HR contact** for employees, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness



Projects & continuous improvement



* Drive improvements in HR operations, with a strong focus on **efficiency, digitalization, and data integrity**
* Contribute actively to **HR systems and process enhancement projects**
* Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment and consistency of practices

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience in **payroll and HR operations**, ideally within an international or complex environment
* Strong expertise in **Swiss payroll**, including legal and compliance aspects (essential)
* Solid experience in HR administration, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to delivering **accurate and high-quality payroll outputs**
* Solution-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose pragmatic improvements
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a **service-oriented and collaborative approach**
* Comfortable working with HR information systems and digital tools
* Fluent in **French and English**
