Part-Time Architect (40% - 60%) We are looking for an experienced architect to join our company part-time (40%-60%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and management of various architectural projects, with a focus on sustainability. Main Missions: Architectural Design: Developing architectural concepts and detailed plans. Creating models and presentations for clients. Execution Plans: Developing precise execution plans for project implementation. Feasibility Studies: Conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed projects. Preliminary Design: Producing preliminary design documents and architectural proposals. Project Management: Overseeing the different phases of projects, from design to on-site work management to ensure compliance with plans. Collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and clients. Participating in project meetings and ensuring communication among all stakeholders. Compliance with Standards: Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Integrating sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions into designs. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Archicad and associated design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
