Our solutions are innovative, elegant, and involve missions of technical and energy audits in the phase of identifying potentials and implementing concrete techniques aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, as well as the reliability of energy management controls oriented towards performance goals through the e3m X tool and configuring energy controls for new projects, in line with objectives and performance monitoring. Supporting and advising clients in the implementation of energy monitoring such as X, critical analysis and metering schemes related to HVAC and BMS systems. Daily monitoring of the plausibility of metering data, alarm management, and proactive detection of malfunctions. In-depth analysis of HVAC flows and the actual operation of systems in close collaboration with client services and drafting annual reports integrating audit findings, performance metrics, and action plans. Support for billing and charge calculations. Your skills and qualifications: Engineering degree in one of the following fields: thermal engineering, energy engineering, HVAC engineering, building engineering. Confirmed experience in conducting technical and energy audits and a good understanding of building technical systems, particularly BMS architectures and metering. Solid field experience and the ability to critically analyze the actual operation of systems and propose professional measures. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an engineering office, with an operator, or an energy provider. Strong interest in continuous improvement and performance management of projects. Very good command of Excel and ease with tools, French, knowledge of German (level B2) is an asset. Familiarity with energy controlling software or in areas of Energy Performance (CPE) and energy efficiency (COE) is a plus.
