Autocorner SA is a family-owned company active in the automotive distribution sector for the Audi and Skoda brands. We have nearly 120 employees and are present in the cantons of Vaud and Valais, with 3 dealerships and 2 service centers. To strengthen our Marketing team within our Group, we are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager for a position to be filled immediately or as agreed.YOUR MISSIONAs part of the marketing department at Autocorner, you play a key role. As a true pillar, you ensure budget management and project oversight of the department to guarantee optimal execution while respecting deadlines and responsibilities.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESBudget Management - You ensure rigorous financial oversight of marketing activities:- Entry, tracking, and control of expenses and compliance of invoices with validated quotes.- Updating and maintaining clear and reliable budget dashboards.- Proactive alerts in case of deviations or budget risks.Time Management - You guarantee the scheduling and planning:- Management of the shared calendar of the marketing department.- Monitoring deadlines and proactive reminders.- Logistics of projects (meeting arrangements and updating the schedule of marketing events and activities).- Monitoring and reporting of events and actions taken.Support & Assistance - While this is not a position in itself, your curiosity makes a difference:- Keeping an eye on best practices and marketing trends.- Ability to propose relevant ideas or concrete actions.YOUR PROFILE- Business employee apprenticeship (CFC) in a marketing service or equivalent.- Successful experience of several years (minimum 5 years) in project management and handling various budgets.- Good numerical skills, comfort with figures, budget management, writing in French, and proficiency with tracking and analysis tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).- Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail.- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented.- Comfortable in a dynamic, multi-project environment.- Interest in the automotive field and new technologies.WHAT WE OFFER- A central and visible role in marketing projects.- Real autonomy and a concrete impact on projects.- A stimulating and evolving environment.- The opportunity to contribute to the future of mobility.- A recognized family business that is growing rapidly.- Highly sought-after brands offering modern technologies.- A pleasant and modern work environment (open space).- A motivated and dynamic team.- Discounts on our vehicles and other services.Desired start date: Immediately or as agreed.Main workplace: Lutry (VD).Are you motivated to join our Group?
