As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a: Buyer/BuyerYou will play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring product availability while maintaining the best balance between quality, price, and deadlines. Your ability to understand the technical aspects of photovoltaic solutions will allow you to evaluate the relevance of offers and build solid partnerships.Main missions: A. Supply Management- Place and follow up on supplier orders while adhering to deadlines and budgets.- Anticipate needs with teams and track delivery discrepancies, supplier follow-ups, disputes related to suppliers, and serve as the primary contact with the supplier, with regular monitoring of quality, deadlines, and compliance with agreements.- Negotiate conditions (price, deadlines, payment) in accordance with company objectives.- Participate in the selection of new partners in line with technical needs and reliability assessments.- Update product data concerning performance indicators (costs, deadlines, quality).- Work with internal teams on handling non-conformities.Cross-functional Support- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure the consistency of flows and priorities.- Contribute to the strategy in support of top management.- Participate in technological and market monitoring to anticipate product developments.- Provide support on cross-functional projects (product launches, cost optimization).Profile sought:Experience:- You have at least 3 years of experience in a purchasing or technical role, ideally in an industrial environment or experience in the energy, electrotechnics, or photovoltaic sector.- Technical related qualifications (CFC, ES diploma, HES, or equivalent) are highly desirable.- Solid understanding of technical products and a penchant for technological environments.Skills:- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maintain relationships with suppliers.- Proficiency in ERP tools and office software.- Rigorous, analytical mindset, responsive, and autonomous.- Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.- Perfect command of English (oral and written), with an excellent knowledge of French required.If this were you?Would you like to invest in a rapidly growing sector and contribute concretely to the energy transition?
