Job Description Actively support the development of newly implemented occupational therapy services. Develop treatment goals; plan, execute, and evaluate therapies for the clinic. Ensure follow-ups in outpatient settings and/or at home. Monitor patient records and support the development of institutional projects. Participate in the development of occupational therapy programs as recognized by a Swiss Red Cross equivalent. Desired knowledge in orthopedics, and interest in hand rehabilitation, or willingness to train in pain management. A highly motivated individual who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team. Self-motivated, autonomous, flexible, and rigorous, looking to join a dynamic team. Demonstrate proactivity, possess excellent stress management skills.
