For our client located in the heart of Geneva, we are looking for a passionate nursing assistant to complete their team. Job Description:As a Nursing Assistant, you will contribute directly to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your missions will include: - Assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, getting up and going to bed.- Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy.- Assisting nursing staff with technical care, such as taking vital signs, wound dressing, and changing positions.- Collaborating with members of the medical team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.Profile and Skills:- Nursing assistant diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital environment in Switzerland.- Ability to work with and show respect towards patients and their families.- Strong sense of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.- Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigor, and autonomy.- Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in patient care and adaptability to variable working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. jid38159afaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
