You perform nursing and support care with autonomy and kindness, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable transmissions to guarantee continuity of care. Flexible schedules (continuous, split, night, weekends, and holidays) for a dynamic, human-paced activity, and you are a nursing assistant with at least one year of successful experience; initial experience in EMS X would be a real plus. Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place humans at the heart of your work. Calm, reactive, and capable of managing complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism.
