Nurse Located in the Pays-d'Enhaut region, our establishment offers care and support to anyone with mental health needs, within various medico-social institutions (EPSM X). We currently accommodate 96 residents and rely daily on the skills of 135 staff to complete the team at EMS X Ours, in Château-d'Oex. We are looking for: Nurse (80% to 100%) Commitment: immediately or to be agreed upon Your mission: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the nursing care service and the quality of care provided to the resident beneficiaries. Supervise and support the work of the nursing staff. Quickly identify crisis situations and prevent them. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner with other professionals.
