Les Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de pension de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and real estate owner. Thanks to a private law foundation and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for the elderly and offer them accommodations adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.To support our teams, we are recruiting a:Nurse Sector Manager (IRS)100% - Permanent Contract - Class 18In service of the Institutional Life Project, in collaboration with the Care Manager, the Nurse Sector Manager (IRS) is responsible for a care sector, for the organization of care, for the definition and implementation of care projects in teams, for human resources management, and for the following mission:- Ensure conditions aimed at developing and promoting the bio-psycho-social and spiritual quality of life of residents and their loved ones;- Organize, direct, and supervise the care team of their sector and actively collaborate with the other IRS of the residence;- Guarantee the implementation of care projects for the residents of their sector and their annual evaluation;- Guarantee the promotion of the quality of life of residents while taking into account human and budgetary resources, constraints, and institutional references;- Participate in the management and development of the residence in an interdisciplinary manner;- Guarantee good practices common to all sites by collaborating closely with the attending physician;- Ensure links with attending physicians and external stakeholders of the Residence;- Foster a quality work environment for the staff of their sector;- Develop the nursing profession and participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of care;- Lead institutional projects.Profile sought:- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross;- Training in local management desired;- Experience with PLEX and PLAISIR would be an asset;- Experience desired in the field of geriatrics or long-term care, end-of-life support;- Knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel), mastery of DIR software desired;- French language spoken and written;- Interpersonal skills, respect, and availability;- Ability to motivate a team, to work autonomously and in an interdisciplinary manner;- Flexibility, team spirit, resistance to stress;- Pedagogical skills;- The position holder must be in possession of a valid work permit in Geneva.Integrate a team whose essential values are respect, integrity, and impartiality.
