La Residence La Faverge is a nursing home. The Residence La Faverge is a nursing home with 54 beds, 8 places for people with reduced mobility, and 33 adapted housing units (LADA), located in a green setting. We welcome elderly people with varying degrees of dependence, with or without accompanying disorders. Our support approach is inspired by Montessori methods and non-violent principles, focusing on person-centered care and individual projects. To strengthen our committed and caring nursing team, we are looking for a: Nurse in a nursing home.Your missions: As a nurse, you play a central role in the daily support of residents. A key member of the nursing team, you ensure quality care, coordinate interdisciplinary interventions, and support the team dynamic under the responsibility of the head nurse and the IRUS.
