We execute these according to the highest quality standards.Your tasks: - Responsible for the operation of cleaning teams - Responsible for the execution of work with the client - Supervision of a team of 20 to 30 people - Implementation of maintenance cleaning activities on sites, according to the defined specifications - Management of cleaning teams concerning work, hour management, quality control, and/or specific tasks with our clients - Replacement for absences - Reception and execution of requests for cleaning services - Occasional replacements in case of various absences - Quality controls related to cleaning Your qualifications: - CFC in cleaning agent or AFP with ongoing CFC training - confirmed years of experience in the professional cleaning field - Confirmed experience in team management - Excellent proficiency in French - Good knowledge of cleaning tools, good presentation, and sense of responsibility - Stress resilience - Good interpersonal skills, team spirit - Night work shift: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. - Salary according to collective agreement CCT-Cleaning Ready for us?
