We are working with one of our clients, a hotel establishment, for the recruitment of their future All-round Receptionist in Hospitality. We are looking for an all-round receptionist for a 3-star hotel with a human scale, equipped with about thirty rooms and combining hospitality and a pub activity, located in the vicinity of Lausanne. Job Description:In direct contact with management and teams, you will ensure the welcome and follow-up of customers, as well as the complete management of the reception (check-in, check-out, telephone calls, and email correspondence). Present on the ground, you actively contribute to providing a professional, warm, and consistent customer experience in line with the positioning of the establishment. The position also includes versatility in the dining room and bar, including service, to support the teams during busy periods. You will also ensure good communication with the housekeeping service to guarantee the quality of the rooms and common areas. You have a background in hospitality or service and justify a confirmed experience of at least 2 years in hotel reception, ideally complemented by experience in service. Autonomous, organized, and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you feel comfortable in a dynamic and versatile environment. Mastery of French is required, as well as an intermediate level of English; knowledge of German is an asset.
