Within the IT Solutions Division, the Microsoft 365 & Copilot Product Owner will be responsible for the vision, value, and evolution of Microsoft 365 Workplace solutions (Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...). As a true interface between business lines and IT teams, the Product Owner guarantees the alignment of usage with business challenges, while ensuring sustainable adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions and AI.Missions that await you:- Define and carry the vision of Microsoft 365 & Copilot products in coherence with the company strategy, sponsors, and IT governance- Build and maintain the product roadmap (prioritization, business value) and manage the product backlog- Contribute to the governance of solutions and their positioning within the IT ecosystem- Collaborate with stakeholders linked to the delivery of solutions- Pilot testing phases / deployment of new tools / new features- Promote Microsoft 365 & Copilot usage & best practices- Contribute to the company strategy for the deployment and adoption of Generative AI- Define and pilot KPIs associated with tools / solutions / usage- Support employees in the changes induced in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent)Your profile:- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or a University (Bachelor or Master)- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies within the framework of IT missions / projects, business projects with a technological dimension, and strong analytical skills- Recognized technical-functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform)- Knowledge of collaboration with other tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)- Ability to unite, engage, structure (strong leadership and experience in project management)- Mastery of agile methodologies, ITIL processes (PSPO, SAFe, POPM)- Sensitivity to change management and in particular to the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology applied in our context- Mastery of French: oral and written. Mastery of English: minimum B2 level.
