Propose and lead continuous improvement actions of measurement processes. Responsibilities Define and implement metrological programs within the company. Identify the needs for measuring equipment and define the specifications (acquisition and evolution) in connection with measurement equipment partners regarding performance levels and implement measurement processes (monitoring plans and audits). Propose and deploy new technical approaches to improve measurement performance, in a cross-functional manner in relation to metrology projects. Optimize preventive maintenance plans for measuring equipment: costs and frequencies define the educational content for research. Engineer HES with knowledge in physical measurements or equivalent diploma. Strong metrological knowledge, quality experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar role, ideally in the industry. Mastery of problem-solving tools and methods. Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge in 3D measurement and adaptability.
