Recently, the brand has expanded its collections with a ready-to-wear line for men, women, and the ideal travel gear each season. 200 boutiques are located worldwide. Merchandising & Analyst (M/F) – 6-month replacement, starting in March. As part of a 6-month replacement, you will be responsible for the reliability of product data and the driving force behind decision support. Your role is twofold: ensuring the continuity of managing our database (ERP/PLM) and transforming our raw data into visual reports to drive performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Analysis & Business Tracking: - Weekly monitoring: Produce sales reports (highlights) and analyze performance by identifying sales trends and providing weekly insights into overall performance. - Sell-Thru Analysis: Measure stock sell-through vs Retail and explain discrepancies against the budget: Integrate budgets into our tools and analyze the impact of performance on levels. - Analyze stock to identify surpluses or shortages, then formulate concrete recommendations to management to correct issues. - Data Reporting: Transform raw data into visual reports and prepare for team meetings to facilitate decision-making.2. Management & Quality: - Collaborate with the Studio to validate the accuracy of the data recorded in the system (ERP, PLM). - Create references and keep the article database updated in the ERP and PLM regarding pricing and quality. - Detect errors in databases and implement solutions for data flows between PLM (Yunique) and ERP (Orliweb) to ensure a single source of truth. - Improve existing recurring reports to gain agility and support merchandising.Support for Merchandising: - Help analyze size curves (Size mix) and optimize replenishment parameters for Retail. - Create clear visuals for team meetings.Requirements & Experience:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Retail Analyst or commercial management controller).- Expert mastery of Excel (essential: Power Query, macros, or advanced functions).- Experience with ERP and PLM (knowledge of Oracle Yunique PLM is a serious asset).- Ability to build visual dashboards.Skills: Solution-oriented mindset, extreme attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a high-intensity environment.Languages: Perfect command of French and English.Start date: To be determined.
