Physioswiss, Member Employee at 80 - 100%Physioswiss, the Swiss Physiotherapy Association, represents the largest professional body in the health sector, with more than individual members and physiotherapy professionals spread across 16 cantonal and regional associations. For over a hundred years, we have worked on the development of the profession as well as for an efficient and effective healthcare system in Switzerland. In general, we ensure the support of all members and bodies, the basic principles, and the management of our headquarters located in the Lorraine district of Bern. We are looking for a member employee at 80 - 100% starting from April 1 or at a date to be agreed upon.Your new workplace: a vital, family-oriented, and versatile environmentWithin our headquarters, composed of about 26 people, a family atmosphere prevails where everyone matters. As a member employee, you will be the first contact for our members, and you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our team. Your ability and enjoyment in communicating with our members will help facilitate the daily work of the team and our physiotherapy tasks that will be assigned to you.Member support: You are the first point of contact for our members. You are in direct contact with them every day. You answer inquiries by phone in German and French and you manage the emails that arrive in the general inbox. With your friendly demeanor and sharp sense of service, you ensure that our members always feel perfectly supported.Member management: You manage and coordinate the membership applications and departures of our members and you ensure a smooth process. Additionally, you verify the details of the members as well as other records. You manage updates such as address changes or changes in personal details with efficiency and rigor.Infrastructure and ICT: You are responsible for the entire infrastructure of management. You support the management as well as cantonal and regional bodies with all ICT-related questions and license management. You are the main contact for external parties and you coordinate tasks, projects, and trainings.Qualifications: - Educational background: Commercial training or studies in management or similar fields- Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role - Language skills: German or French is your native language, and you have at least a B2 level in the other language.- Affinity: Good knowledge of ICT systems such as MS Office and ERP systems.- Ability and aptitude for teamwork: You take an extremely structured approach, you like to hold the strings, and you work reliably and devotedly, whether alone or in a team.
