Located in a beautiful and calm setting, the MRPS is both a medical-social and residential institution. Founded in , it accommodates over 300 individuals, including dependent elderly people (220 in EMS) and independent residents (140 in residences). In order to join our care and support team, we are looking for a Medical Assistant. MISSION: For a position within a new medical office, under the responsibility of our attending physician, you will actively participate in the smooth operation of the office dedicated to its independent activity, with the following tasks: › Welcome of patients - both in-person and by phone › Patient registration and support within the office › Clinical and technical activities › Taking vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, etc.) › Conducting diagnostic tests (ECG/24-hour blood pressure monitoring) › Blood draws › Administration of intramuscular and intravenous injections › Appointment management and scheduling › Updating medical records and collaboration with other healthcare professionals › Obtaining and transmitting medical information necessary for patient follow-up Profile sought: › You hold a valid diploma in Switzerland such as a CFC in healthcare or an equivalent. › Experience in a medical office is recommended › A dynamic, versatile, and organized person › Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with all types of communication › Sense of confidentiality, rigor, and spirit of collaboration Start date: or to be agreed upon We offer: › Activity rate: 50% at opening, which could evolve upwards in the future depending on the growth of the office's activities and your personal performance › A professional, human, inclusive, and stimulating work environment › Enriching interactions with patients and various services of the Retirement Home of Petit Saconnex › A work week based on 40 hours for a full-time position and a minimum of 5 weeks of vacation › An X program and workplace safety prioritizing our employees and patients at the center of our actions › In consideration of environmental concerns, a subscription to an annual TPG pass provided at the end of the trial period › Meals at preferential rates for staff in our cafeteria › Career development opportunities Transversality, engagement, and responsible management are the values of our institution, and we strive 365 days a year to maintain an environment conducive to the well-being of residents and each team member.
