Medical Assistant 80%-100% (at the center of Lausanne) Medical Assistant (80–100%) Cardiovascular Center of Grand-Chêne (CVCL) – Lausanne & Romont Announcement To complete its team, the Cardiovascular Center of Grand-Chêne (CVCL) is looking for a medical assistant at 80–100%, with a position primarily based in Lausanne, in the heart of the city (a stone's throw from Saint-François), with possible activities at the site. You will evolve within a recognized cardiology center, in a modern and stimulating work environment, within a welcoming and supportive team. Missions As a key member of the team, your activity will mainly be focused on: - Welcoming and taking care of patients for ECG examinations - Placing and removing devices (Holter, MAPA) throughout their journey at the center - Tasks and processing of appointment requests and managing the agenda - Handling calls with doctors, nurses, and secretaries - Possible involvement in managing social networks and online presence - Contributing to the center's image and its interactions via digital channels Profile - Medical secretary or medical assistant - Strong interest in the cardiovascular field (cardiovascular experience is a plus) - A good sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage stress - Team spirit and ease in a multidisciplinary structure - Excellent skills in standard tools; Mediway is a plus - Perfect command of French (oral and written) - Knowledge of English and/or German is appreciated - Experience in digital/social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus We Offer - A human and compassionate working environment - A close-knit team where mutual support and well-being at work are essential - Involvement in stimulating and enriching projects - An ideal working framework, in the heart of Lausanne, with varied activities - Opportunities for professional development Start Date If you identify with this profile, we invite you to send us your cover letter, your CV, and your documents.
