Become part of our team and shape the future with us!Maintenance PlannerWhat you will do:- Ensure the maximum possible technical availability of production facilities and infrastructure, taking into account legal, safety, hygiene, sustainability, and economic aspects.- Plan, prepare, monitor, and follow up on reactive maintenance (fault telephone/emergency orders) as well as preventive maintenance.- Create and optimize maintenance plans and ensure the seamless and traceable documentation of scheduled and executed appointments for preventive maintenance with production.- Timely initiation of measures for quality and safety-critical plant components.- Analyze and investigate damage events to prevent future occurrences (Reliability Engineering).- Support maintenance managers and technicians in maintaining manuals, drawings, and other documents in paper and electronic formats.Requirements:- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a polymechanic, electrician, mechanic, or equivalent qualifications.- Professional experience: Several years of experience in maintenance planning.- Further education in maintenance planning or federal degree (advantageous) with proof of performance.- Broad-based knowledge in mechanics and hydraulics in a technical field (preferably FOOD/food production).- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding safety and food hygiene.- Analytical and interconnected thinking.- Practical, solution-oriented approach.- Team player and strong negotiation skills.- High level of independence and resilience.- Proficient in German (negotiation level).- Very good knowledge of English.- French (advantageous).Contact:Mr. Fabio WehrliHR Recruiting and Sourcing SpecialistNo suitable positions?
