Maintenance Methods Technician for a watchmaking manufacturer, based in Geneva, for a long-term temporary mission, we are looking for a: MAINTENANCE METHODS TECHNICIAN As part of this role, in our Methods Division, you will actively contribute to the good availability of equipment by ensuring the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan across the entire fleet, while ensuring coherence between workload and capacity over the medium to long term. Maintenance Methods Technician H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Plan / schedule all preventive maintenance in cooperation with the order service and prepare files for an efficient execution of interventions. Manage external interventions on-site and update intervention reports. Analyze the causes of failures and evolve preventive maintenance practices (articles, etc.). Collaborate with support services by participating in actions and projects to develop continuous improvement actions for the activity. PROFILE of the Technician: Bachelor’s degree in industrial systems or an equivalent qualification in maintenance, with 5 years of experience in the industrial field. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical fields, and solid understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodology. Knowledge of a CMMS software is ideal, as well as proficiency in office tools (MS Office). Strong communication skills with internal clients, suppliers, and analysis and synthesis skills with a sense of precision. Be proactive.
