To strengthen our Sapphire department, we are looking for a Machine Operator.Mission:Prepare and set up machines to launch production, perform zero-setting and machining of the first part, ensure tool changes and quality control during series production, and guarantee the smooth running of production, in collaboration with the mechanic-setter for complex adjustments.Responsibilities:- Perform zero-setting of tools and standard adjustments;- Change tools according to instructions and ensure their correct assembly;- Perform machining and inspection of the first part;- Conduct series production and ensure dimensional/visual checks during the process;- Apply SPC monitoring and record checks during series production;- Perform minor corrections (standard cycles, small drifts);- Complete production documentation (work orders, control sheets);- Report any technical or quality anomaly to the mechanic-setter;- Respect quality, safety, and cleanliness rules.Profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in Production Mechanics;- Additional CNC modules, an asset;- Experience on CNC machines in the industrial sector;- Knowledge of setting and operating CNC machines;- Ability to read simple drawings and use standard control equipment;- Understanding of production ranges;- Precision, rigor, and reliability;- Sense of responsibility and team spirit;- Responsiveness and ability to adapt;- Autonomy in assigned tasks.Working hours: 2x8 shiftWe offer:- Flexible working hours;- Vacation: 5 weeks per year + 1 week of seniority;- 15-minute paid break;- Salary paid over 13 months + contribution to your health insurance fund;- Regular events (summer meals, monthly brunches, company outings, etc.);- Discounts with various partners (fleet discounts, private sales at prestigious brands, etc.);- A healthy, rewarding, dynamic, and constantly evolving work environment. jid0cae564aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
