You will be required to work on large volumes while ensuring quality, rigor, and consistency in your tasks: - Autonomously manage your station (hot, cold, or pastry depending on your specialization) - Work during peak periods and events - Respect quality, hygiene, and safety standards - Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade and hierarchy PROFILE We are looking for a passionate talent with confirmed experience as a chef de partie in the dynamic context of a brasserie or traditional restaurant with a high volume. Your ability to juggle between different stations will be a valuable asset for this demanding position.
