A high-end Italian restaurant in the Geneva region has approached us to find their future: Chef de Partie - Italian Cuisine (M/F).MISSION DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented, passionate, and meticulous Chef de Partie to join the team of a high-end Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy and/or 5-star hospitality, as well as in-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, particularly the mastery of homemade pasta.As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:- Managing and developing your workstation autonomously.- Ensuring the preparation and setup according to excellence standards.- Working closely with the head chef to maintain consistent quality.- Contributing to recipes, especially in the cold section and fresh pasta.- Participating in service management, orders, and the overall research within the team.Profile:- Proven experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy.- Mastery of culinary techniques.- Confirmed experience in homemade pasta preparation.- Capable of managing a full station autonomously.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.We offer:- The opportunity to work for a modern and innovative management that values and encourages professional growth.- A salary commensurate with your experience and skills.- Two and a half days off per week; however, the hours are flexible.If this ad has caught your attention, do not hesitate to send us your application.
