We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing client, in theLegal CounselWe are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing client, in the Financial Services sector in ZurichLegal CounselAbout the Role:Support the execution of legal, compliance, and under senior leadershipAssist with licensing filings, and ongoing entity internal legal records, contract repositories, and risk/risk-register compliance and across multiple jurisdictionsAct as compliance officer for entities (where required)Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and to support compliant product launchesDraft, review, and support of:NDAsCommercial contractsPartnership agreementsService provider ( , agreements, IMAs, side letters, governance processes, including:Board secretarial workGovernance with employment (offer letters, contractor agreements)Support basic intellectual property under supervisionContribute to improving legal playbooks, and internal legal processesSupport privacy and security compliance efforts (including GDPR)About the lawyer with 3-5+ years of experienceStrong experience in financial and cross-border licensing ( , AIFMD, MiFID, or equivalent)Familiarity with investment products, fund structures, and product designStrong working understanding of lawComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving requirementsProactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven with strong integrity and accountabilityStrong drafting skills, to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident working cross-functionally with non-legal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, to have:Mix of practice and in-house experienceExperience in fintech, digital assets, tokenized finance, or financial productsExposure to compliance and/or privacy (including GDPR)Able to share real examples of work or complex legal challenges handled in practice jid3d40d91aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
